Carl Millar was instructed by Mr P in relation to two separate accidents involving two counts of failing to stop, failing to report and careless driving. Mr P was very worried that he would be disqualified from driving. Mr P did have exceptional mitigation which would cause him extreme hardship. The Court was persuaded by the argument and he only received 6 penalty points instead of a driving disqualification.
